emails received without the sum and product of 4 and 14 in the subject
will be dumped into spam and get deleted very aggressively; just put
the sum and product at the end of the subject.
NOTE: We (all members, officers,
and affiliates) keep all information
completely private, and for club use only. Thought applications
are collected through the Internet, personal
data will not be stored on the web or email server, and the
primary codex will be kept in physical form. We will not sell, lend, or
give any information about any applicant to ANYONE outside the club,
and only officers have access to the full application contents (once
the application is created and approved for circulation). If
a person leaves the club for any reason, they have the right to have us
destroy all of their membership information within 90 days to protect
their privacy, the only information kept is Name & Dates of
Membership for tax and legal reasons.
